Homemade Organic Face/Body Scrub You Need to Try

Project Roohie # 10

Good morning fellow Soul-Searchers! 🌞

Hope you are all energised for a new and wonderful week. If you want “better” things in your life, strive to be your “better” selves. Start with this week. Come’on, hurry up. Hustle hard! 🙂

Now with that note, here’s our next story from Project Roohie for you all. Hope you find it useful.

Sheetal’s story:

“I used to make a face and body scrub some years ago. It worked like magic.

To make the scrub, you need:
  1. Rice
  2. Masoor Dal (Red lentils)
  3. Chandan (Sandalwood)
  4. Honey/Coconut oil/ Curd (You can add either of these according to your need. You can use honey for your face but do not scrub your face with this mix too hard. You can use Coconut oil during winters.)
  5. You can also add Neem (Azadirachta indica or Indian Lilac) powder/ and Orange peel powder to your mix. You can buy them here.
  6. You can also add Besan (Gram flour or Chickpea flour) to your mix

Mix all these ingredients together to form a paste. And use it to scrub all over your face and body.

Now that I have shared this amazing recipe with you, I think I will make some for myself once again!”
